Catering Menu

Arrangements
The menu for the function must be finalized 2 weeks in advance of the event date. Client is responsible to inform the catering office of the final attendance no later than 5 days prior to the event.

Payment
A valid credit card is required to be on file for all group contracts to serve as a guarantee. Final count and final balance is due 5 days prior to the event and will be charged to credit card on file. Charges will be based on your actual attendance or the minimum guarantees as stated in your BEO’s, whichever is greater. The client will be responsible for all food and beverage charges related to the function.

Regulations
Due to Health Code policies, a group may bring in a specialty cake or cupcakes produced by a licensed and insured bakery only, an outside vendor fee of $1.25 per person will apply. Any other outside food or beverage is not permitted in any public and/or private banquet areas including the water park.

Food and Beverage prices are subject to 6.875% sales tax and 18% service charge
